After Brian, Aliza and kids left to drive home to Texas we went to church. During Sacrament meeting, a young man came in and sat down by himself. After Sacrament meeting, Jay went and introduced himself. The young mans name was Stewart. He was not a member and was just curious about the church and wanted to come in and see what we did on Sunday. A member of the Stake Presidency, three sister missionaries, Elder and Sister Bowcutt, and a returned missionary and his parents came into a class room with Stewart and we taught him God's Plan for his children. The Sister missionaries invited him to visit with them again on Wednesday, and he agreed. It was really a wonderful time to share the Gospel with a non-member.
We have been inudated by an annoying bug called, Cicada. They are somewhat new to the area. You can hear them clicking their wings all day long and when millons of them are doing it in unison it almost drives you crazy. Hopefully, they will soon give up and give us some peace.
You will never believe that this skull has been referred too, as a communication device in the 1850's. The pioneers would leave letters inside of the skull for other travelers, and then point the head in the direction that they were going. The indians were very superstituous so they would leave it alone.
